How UP Works

Step 1 - Enroll

Enroll in the nutrition program of your choice by clicking on the "Nutrition Programs Available" tab above. A subscription with UP gives you convenient access to meal plans and grocery list recommendations in minutes through a personal web portal or the Ultima Phit smart phone app. The value of being able to access meal plan recommendations designed by clinical experts is only second to meeting them face to face.

Step 2 - Log In

Login daily to see what new meals are assigned to you.

We are creatures of habit. As humans we eat the same foods over and over again. The typical person eats the same two or three choices for breakfast, similar snacks, lunches and dinners. The problem occurs when these habits involve unhealthy food choices or improper nutritional intake resulting in a diet consisting of high calories, high fat or sugar consumption, or too many processed foods.

UP programs are designed to teach NEW habits. Each meal plan template teaches a 7-day rotation which can be followed for several weeks until your new habits are in place. Food exchanges can be done to revise plans to meet your personal food preferences. If you get bored with your meal plan, you can select from other meal plan types available within your subscription plan.

By utilizing a 7 day food rotation you not only teach yourself new habits but also manage a reasonable grocery bill since many of the foods carry over from one week to the next.

Step 3 - Track & Accomplish

Track your progress, check-in with your nutritionist, and watch as you reach and even exceed your health and fitness goals. You'll feel and look better!

Accessibility: All you need is a device and Wi-Fi and you can be talking with your nutritionist, viewing and tracking your meals, accessing grocery lists, and tracking your progress. On the go or at home, it's wherever you are, whenever you need it.
